Volunteering is a great way to help save a life, participate in a growing community and learn more about rabbit health and wellness. We have a variety of open opportunities — learn more below. Most volunteer opportunities have flexible hours.
Step 1: Submit a volunteer application.
Step 2: Attend a virtual volunteer orientation.
Requirements
Must be 16 or older.
Must commit to a minimum of 4 hours per month for 4 months on a regularly recurring basis (biweekly or monthly).
Must attend a digital orientation
If you have a rabbit at home it is preferred that they are vaccinated for RHDV2 but not currently required.
Student and Pre-Vet Volunteer Programs
We have specific volunteer opportunities for high school and college students looking to fulfill community services hours during breaks. Fill out the volunteer questionnaire to get started.
For those in a pre-vet program, veterinary school, RVT school, or currently working in the field, please complete a questionnaire and we will be in contact with you. Availability on Wednesdays is required.
